When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the location of the work, a description of the work, and any photographs, drawings or documents you attach.
We do not collect special category data and ask you not to include any in your enquiry.
Why we use it, and the lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange visits and prepare quotations. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- If you become a customer, to carry out the work and keep the records the law and the wiring regulations require (for example, certificates). The lawful basis is contract and legal obligation.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiry forms are delivered by a form-handling service acting as our processor. Email is handled by .
